SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened hardware items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund only if there is a default and we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your products with a restock fee of 15%. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  We do not offer any refunds on any of our Hemp Products due to them being consumables.  If there is a problem with any product (Hemp or Hardware) you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery.  In rare cases we might offer a store credit if the situation is relevant.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please allow up to 2 weeks in some cases for your items to all be shipped.  If after 2 weeks an item cannot be shipped out still we will give you a store credit for the amount.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  If you order wholesale you may be charged more shipping before we send the product out based on weight.  We charge shipping per vendor in some cases and try our hardest to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

REFUNDS

Missouri Hemp Co. cannot grant refunds on any products. If a product is lost or damaged please contact us at info@missourihempco.com Some cases result in a store credit. But there are no guarantees and are situational.

Is My Information Secure With MO Hemp Co.?

Protecting your personal information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted over the Internet. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. To support this technology, users must have an SSL-capable browser. While we use such sophisticated security technology to secure users’ information, user name and password, we cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure.

To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https.'

If your browser or firewall does not support SSL, you will not be able to connect to the server, which means you will not be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please contact MO Hemp Co. at Info@proteambrady.com

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your user name, password and any account information. It is important for you to be responsible and protect your user name, password and computer against unauthorized users. It is important to sign off when you have completed using a computer accessible by others. Please see our Website Terms of Use for further details.
